What happens if no practitioner is near me?
Many of our referring practitioners offer consultations over the phone. If that doesn’t suit your needs, please reach out to our patient support team, they’ll be happy to assist.
Can I share my results with other healthcare practitioners, such as my GP?
Yes. Our reports can be shared by you with your practitioners, or between practitioners directly.
Can I contact the practitioner directly?
Absolutely. We encourage you to reach out and book directly with your practitioner for your consultation, and any questions, follow-up, or further support.
If my practitioner is not listed, can I still order a Microba test ?
Absolutely. You can contact any of our listed practitioners, or recommend Microba to your practitioner, they can sign up and start referring straight away
Do I need a referral to order a Microba test?
Yes. Microba tests are currently available by referral only.
