Microba Recipe: Dark chocolate, pistachio & pomegranate clusters 

(Makes approximately 10-12 clusters)

This recipe pairs cacao polyphenols with fibre-rich ingredients – two things your gut bacteria love. Good news, supporting your microbiome can be delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate (85%+ cacao) 
  • 40g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped 
  • 30g pomegranate seeds 
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt 

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate gently
  2. Spoon rounds onto baking paper
  3. Top with pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and a pinch of sea salt
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until set
