Microba Recipe: Dark chocolate, pistachio & pomegranate clusters
(Makes approximately 10-12 clusters)
This recipe pairs cacao polyphenols with fibre-rich ingredients – two things your gut bacteria love. Good news, supporting your microbiome can be delicious!
Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate (85%+ cacao)
- 40g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 30g pomegranate seeds
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Method:
- Melt the chocolate gently
- Spoon rounds onto baking paper
- Top with pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and a pinch of sea salt
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes until set
